She lives in Vermont, USA. Holly Meade is the author and illustrator of many acclaimed books for children, including Hush! A Thai Lullaby by Minfong Ho, a Caldecott Honor Book. In order to capture the spirit of this adaptation of Psalm 139, Holly Meade says she drew on the sense of wonder she felt as a child when in the presence of something bigger and grander than herself.
