Mark Sperring has been hooked on books since he read Gobilino the Witch's Cat as a child. On leaving school he worked as a screen printer and a graphic designer before gravitating to the book trade, where he worked in many and various jobs within book selling -including a day spent dressed up as Mog the cat. Eventually, Mark wrote a children's book of his own and has since had a number of picture books published with a variety of publishers.
Mark lives in Bristol and likes nothing more than reading a good book whatever it's genre.
