Daijiro Kato Yoko Togashi
Daijiro Kato, the supremely talented 250cc racer, with 17 victories to his name, had dazzling prospects until his fatal crash, aged just 26, at the 2003 Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka. Ranked seventh in the world and riding a top-class Honda as team-mate to Sete Gibernau, he was expected to be a future MotoGP champion and likely threat to Valentino Rossi. Published for the first time in English, with the co-operation of Dorna, MotoGP's organising body, this official tribute book tells Daijiro Kato's full story.
