Von Tropea aus verl uft die Motorradreise ans Ende des Festlandes von Italien, um dort nach Messina auf Sizilien  berzusetzen. Dann wird die Fahrt zum gr  ten Vulkan Europas, der nat rlich auch besichtigt wird fortgesetzt. Vom  tna geht es zur Stadtbesichtigung in die geschichtstr chtige Stadt Catania. Vom s dlichsten Punkt auf Sizilien setzte ich im Hafen von Pozzallo mit der F hre nach Malta  ber. In der historisch befestigten Hafen- und Hauptstadt Valletta bleibe ich ein paar Tage, um die sch ne Altstadt, so wie die gigantische Befestigungsanlage zu besuchen und mich ein wenig auf die R ckfahrt vorzubereiten.
