Monica Fletcher OBE, MSc, PGCE, BSc nursing, is Chief Executive of Education for Health and Chair of the European Lung Foundation. She trained and practised as a primary care specialist asthma nurse and now heads up an educational charity.  Professor Soren Pederson MD, PhD, DrMedSci. is a specialist paediatrician, with an international reputation. He is currently Professor of Paediatric Respiratory Medicine at The University of Southern Denmark in Odense, and Consulting Paediatric Chest Physician and Allergist at the Department of Paediatrics at Kolding Hospital, Denmark.  Dr Mark L Levy MBChB, FRCGP is a London general practitioner with a lifetime of experience treating asthma. He was Editor-in-Chief of the Primary Care Respiratory Journal (now Primary Care Respiratory Medicine), and was the Clinical Lead of the UK National Review of Asthma Deaths, published in 2014.
