By the end of the course you ll be able to communicate in a wide range of real-life situations and have all the practical information you need to enjoy your next trip to France. Catrine Carpenter was born and educated in France and is now Senior Lecturer in French at the University of Brighton. Over the years she has acquired extensive experience in developing teaching material and language courses. More recently she has become interested in developing new ways of learning languages through the use of modern technologies such as the internet. Besides teaching French language, she teaches Contemporary France and specializes in French history and politics.
