She holds a B.A. in Christian Education with a minor in Bible from Bryan College, and her published works include two books, extensive curricula, and numerous magazine articles. She has led workshops at national conferences and has frequently been the featured speaker for banquets, retreats, and Young Author Days. Jackie and her husband, Doug, have two grown children, Bethany and Ben, and live in Kettering, Ohio.
