Harwood, Lee: - Lee Harwood (1939-2015) grew up in Surrey, and spent the majority of his adult life living in Brighton. In a writing career that began in the early 1960s he published over twenty volumes of poetry and prose, as well as translations of Tristan Tzara. His work has been widely anthologised and he is regarded by many as one of the finest English poets of the post-War era. His Collected Poems was published by Shearsman Books in 2004, to great acclaim. A Selected Poems followed in 2008, and a final small collection, The Orchid Boat, appeared in 2014.
