Amit Chaudhuri has established himself as one of the most influential characters in current culture during the past 15 years. He is an internationally recognized musician and prominent essayist, as well as the author of several award-winning novels, including A Weird and Sublime Address and Afternoon Raag. His pieces have published in a variety of publications, including the London Review of Books and Granta. He is currently the University of East Anglia's Professor of Current Literature.
