Paul Visich, PhD, has more than 10 years of experience in clinical exercise physiology and is the director of the Human Performance Laboratory and School of Health Sciences at Central Michigan University. Steven Keteylan, PhD, has more than 30 years of experience working as a clinical exercise physiologist. He is programme director of preventive cardiology at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
