Professor of Medical Psychology, The University of Copenhagen. Both authors are Honorary Research Fellows, The Shakespeare Institute, The University of Birmingham. They have also written Shakespeare as Prompter: The Amending Imagination and the Therapeutic Process, published by Jessica Kingsley.
