Adrienne Barbeau's career spans forty years and continues to evolve in film, television, and on Broadway. After receiving a Tony nomination for her performance as Rizzo in the original Broadway production of Grease, she returned to Hollywood to play Carol Arthur, Bea Arthur's daughter, in the hit sitcom Maude. Adrienne's television credits include the Ace Award-winning Double Crossed: The Barry Seal Story, which she co-wrote with Dennis Hopper, Scott Turow's Burden of Proof, which she co-wrote with Hector Elizondo, and most recently, The Santa Trap, which she co-wrote with Stacy Keach and Robert Hays. Her role as Ruthie in HBO's interesting series Carnivale and Drew Carey's portrayal as Oswald's mother will also be remembered by audiences. The Fog, Escape from New York, Swamp Thing, Cannonball Run, Creepshow, Return to School, Two Evil Eyes, and The Convent are among her most well-known films.

A Wake in Providence, a feature comedy, will be released soon. Adrienne recently appeared in the Off Broadway production of The Property Known as Garland, directed by Glenn Casale and written by Billy Van Zandt.
