Millie Adams is a wife, mother of 3, grandmother of 7, a minister's spouse for 44 years, a teacher, sculptress and poet. In her role as minister's spouse she has presented women's programs on the local and district church level, spoken in worship services and other church activities, and served as a Sunday School Bible teacher. She began writing poems relating to the seasons of the church year to enhance her presentations as well as writing poems for her family. She has been writing poems for over thirty years and has won awards for her work. She currently resides with her husband, Charles, on Saint Simons Island, Georgia.
