Victoria Blashford-Snell is the co-author of Canapes (Dorling Kindersley) A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, she runs a successful catering company in Wiltshire. Jennifer Joyce has held classes on Californian, Pacific and Italian cooking, and has filmed a series for Carlton Food Network on Modern Californian Cuisine. Both Victoria and Jennifer are featured authors in the Books for Cooks series and teach at the Books for Cooks shop.
