Eat Baby, Healthy by John Hutton

We share good things for nine months long, so I meet you healthy and strong. Feed me after I am born, skin to skin, safe and warm . . .

Written by a pediatrician, Eat Baby, Healthy is a soft, rhyming story from a baby's point of view that celebrates the health and emotional benefits of prenatal nutrition and breastfeeding. This is the third book in a groundbreaking series, including the bestselling Sleep Baby, Safe and Snug and Calm Baby, Gently, dedicated to sharing health guidance for parents of infants through children's books, while promoting shared reading and togetherness.

Sandra Gross is an artist from Cincinnati, OH. She works in multiple media, notably glass, which she fell in love with in graduate school in search of translucency in her work. She is the co-author of the award-winning Toast to Baby series, has won numerous art awards and taught extensively to both grownups and children. She and her husband Dr. John Hutton are founders of Sleepy Bee Cafe, whose mission is to promote local, sustainable foods. Dr. John Hutton is a pediatrician and author from Cincinnati, OH. His research involves the importance of home reading practices and nurturing real-world experiences to promote early brain development and literacy.
