He received his M.Sc. in electronics and telecommunication from Polytechnic Institute Bucharest, RomaniaConstantin Bolintineanu is currently a regulatory affairs engineer at Tyco Security Products Canada where he manages the DSC Testing Laboratory. He received his M.S. degree in electronics engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania.Jan Swart is a principle of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Exponent.
