Dianne Daniels, MA, holds a Master of Science degree from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University. A former health educator with the New York City Department for Aging, she has developed exercise programs for individuals of all ages. A Feldendkrais practitioner, Pilates instructor, Yoga teacher and personal trainer, Ms. Daniels has taught academic and practical courses for fitness professionals since 1992. She is the author of the highly praised Exercises for Osteoporosis.
