Chavez, Jose: - Author Jos� Chavez was born in New Mexico and raised in Venice, CA. He has a Master's degree in ESL, and his poetry has appeared in the Multilingual Educator Journal. He's inspired by childhood experiences and the work of many outstanding poets. Jos� resides in Moreno Valley, CA, with his wife and tabby cat. This book is his second collection of bilingual poems for children. Jos� enjoys opportunities to present his books to audiences at schools, libraries, conferences, and other community events.
