Karen Dionne is the author of Freezing Point (Berkley, 2008; about 40,000 sold in print and e), an environmental thriller nominated by RT Book Reviews as Best First Mystery of 2008 (also published in Germany and the Czech Republic), and a second environmental thriller, Boiling Point, (Berkley, 2011, about 6,000 sold in print and e). Her newest novel, The Killing: Uncommon Denominator (Titan Books, 2014; WFH; sales unknown), an original story based on the Fox television series The Killing, also published in Poland and was nominated for a Scribe Award, which honors licensed works that tie in with other media.
Karen's short fiction has appeared in Bathtub Gin, The Adirondack Review, Futures Mysterious Anthology Magazine, and Thought Magazine, as well as First Thrills: High-Octane Stories from the Hottest Thriller Authors (Tor, 2010), an anthology of short stories from bestselling and emerging authors edited by Lee Child.
