Huw L Williams is a Lecturer in philosophy at Cardiff University and National Lecturer for the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol. This is his fourth book, and his previous works include On Rawls, Development and Global Justice: The Freedom of Peoples (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011), recently reprinted with a new preface. Carl Death is a Senior Lecturer in International Politics at the University of Manchester. He is Co-Editor of African Affairs and an Associate Editor of International Relations. His most recent book is The Green State in Africa (Yale University Press, 2016).
