He served for five years as Executive Pastor of Adventure Christian Church in Roseville, CA. He is an adjunct professor at Western Seminary (Sacramento Campus), a church consultant for Thriving Churches International, and Founder and President of Principles To Live By, a discipleship and publishing non-profit dedicated to equipping people, pastors, and churches to live out God's best for them.
