Having suffered from both anorexia and bulimia she has spent 20 years researching the causes of overeating. Zoe is a Cambridge University graduate. Rachel McGuinness is the founder of The Life Spa and Absolutely Fabulous. After qualifying as a chef, she worked in France, Switzerland and Israel, for hotels and private residences. Rachel now runs her own fitness and lifestyle consultancy.
