The author Zoe Greaves is a bookseller whose love of language and training as an actor come to the fore in her read-aloud storytelling sessions for children. The illustrator Leslie Sadleir qualified as a graphic designer and worked in publishing. She rediscovered her love of illustration when she began to collaborate with her daughter Zoe.
