Judy A. Alston is Professor and Chair of the Department of Leadership Studies at Ashland University. She is author of numerous articles and book chapters, as well as of Multi-leadership in Urban Schools. Additionally, she is co-author of the 7th, 8th, and upcoming 9th editions of the bestselling textbook, School Leadership and Administration: Important Concepts, Case Studies, and Simulations.
Patrice A. McClellan is Assistant Professor and Director of the Masters of Organizational Leadership program at Lourdes College.
