Duncan Fallowell was born in London in 1948. He is a writer and his work is controversial. See the 'unofficial' website www.duncanfallowell.com. His most recent publication is the long essay 'The Rise and Fall of the Celebrity Interview'. 'How To Disappear' was awarded the PEN Ackerley Prize for Memoir in July 2012
