LIES That Limit by Teressa Moore Griffin

LIES that Limit helps us identify the labels, illusions, excuses and stories that stand in the way of true fulfillment. LIES take the form of traditions that we dare not question, generational fears passed on from well-meaning family members, cultural perceptions and perceived professional limitations. This book discusses the origins of LIES and reveals LIES that we might not have recognized as such. Once we've identified our LIES, LIES That Limit provides solutions and straight talk to recognize and confront untruths that keep us locked in roles and mindsets that are unsatisfying and in some cases destructive. LIES That Limit shares stories of real-life people who's tales we can see ourselves in and it forces us to ask questions that we didn't know we needed to ask. Begin your journey to find truth LIES That Limit gives you permission to follow your dreams - your spirit and purpose - find happiness in places that we recognized as children, but have lost sight of as adults.
