A professional speaker, as well as a former adjunct faculty member at The American University/NTL Institute's Masters of Science in Organization Development, Teressa has been published in the areas of workforce diversity and effective intercultural communication. Additionally, she is a certified Organization Workshop trainer, a Power Lab coach, and a Core Energetics therapist.
