What are limiting beliefs and how do you break free from them?
Master Healer and Qigong Practitioner Peter Caughey has influenced thousand of students and patients through his wisdom and teachings to help them break free from limiting beliefs and stories and have a physical and spiritual experience of something greater than themselves.
In this book, he provides us with the tools on how to bring to light and transform these stories that run in the background of our daily lives.
