Medieval: Total War is a real-time strategy game that features new enhancements in graphics, empire building and real-time battles. Set in Europe during the Middle Ages, players command one of twelve nations including, the Holy Roman Empire, the Byzantine Empire and others, as they travel to distinct battle locations. Gamers will experience the brutal, but exciting nature of this time period with battles featuring as many as 10,000 warriors fighting at once, sieges, and violent castle assaults. As they progress in the campaign, players can also play as famous heroes like Marco Polo, Joan of Arc and many more.
