A Londoner living in Australia, Katy Holder has had a long and successful career as a food writer and stylist. She has been the food director of Family Circle of magazine, ghost-written several cookbooks and currently writes the food pages for Australia's Marie Claire magazine. Her first two cookbooks are Hungry Campers Cookbook and A Moveable Feast, and now Katy is excited to share her favorite family recipes. Katy is a mum of two boys aged 9 and 11, and regularly hides vegetables like kale in their food, only telling them about the vegetables once the dish has become a firm favorite (which it always does)!
