The contributors are Roger T. Ames, Johann Figl, Chen Guying, Michel Hulin, Arifuku Kogaku, David A. Kelly, Glen T. Martin, Sonoda Muneto, Graham Parkes, Okochi Ryogi, Eberhard Scheiffele, Mervyn Sprung and Joan Stambaugh.Born and raised in Glasgow, Graham Parkes was educated at Oxford and the University of California, Berkeley.
