Hawkins, Jeff: - Author Jeff Hawkins is a lifelong resident of Richmond, a member of the Old Dominion Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society, and the great-grandson of a Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Potomac Railroad (RF&P) engineer. While Hawkins has written numerous magazine articles on Virginia railroads, this is his first book.
