Gillingham, Susan: - Professor Susan Gillingham is Tutor and Fellow in Theology at Worcester College, Oxford and Professor of the Hebrew Bible in the University of Oxford. She has researched and taught in Oxford for some thirty years with a specialism in the Book of Psalms and reception history, particularly as it relates to the Psalms. Psalms Through the Centuries was published in 2008 with Wiley-Blackwell and A Journey of Two Psalms: The Reception of Psalms 1 and 2 in Jewish and Christian Tradition was published in 2013 with OUP. She is currently writing a reception history commentary on the entire Psalter which will be a companion volume to Psalms through the Centuries. She frequently lectures and give papers on the Psalms locally, nationally and internationally.
