Truly, is there anything better than going from orphan status to child of the King status? If you are considering reading this book, you are probably in some stage of waiting in your adoption journey, or in your life. My hope and prayer in writing this book is multifaceted: May this time be so much more than words on a page.I pray that this devotional book will illuminate the height and the depth of our Savior's love for you- like only His Spirit can do. It is written in ordered sections, but you will want to approach each section with your Bible and notebook in hand, giving yourself the freedom of time (more or less) as you feel is needed. Some sections might encourage your soul, while others might lead to soul-searching challenge and conviction. Humbly approach each day in bold expectancy on His Spirit to work, confident that you can wait intently on Him- while at the same time-also waiting for your precious child. Everybody's footprint and parenting journey is uniquely different, but each one shares challenges and victories.
