Praying Lent by Andy Alexander

Originally published in 1919, A primer of National Finance discusses elements of financial principles with reference to facts and figures of British National Finance, Britain s financial position and general outline of where finances stood at the time of publication. Higgs aims to explain essential information about the political economy in a simple and concise way to reach a wider audience on issues related to wealth and production. This title will be of interest to students of Economics and Political History.

Andy Alexander, SJ, has spent many years of his priesthood in pastoral and ministry work. He served as a pastor for eight years in Milwaukee before coming to Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he is vice president for University Ministry.

Maureen McCann Waldron graduated from Creighton University with a degree in journalism, and then spent 22 years in corporate public relations. After receiving her master's degree in Christian spirituality from Creighton, she joined Fr. Andy in Creighton's Collaborative Ministry Office. There the two cofounded the Creighton University Online Ministries Web site.
