Sharon has worked mainly within residential services supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. In 2001 Sharon took up post as Physical Intervention Accreditation Scheme Manager at the British Institute of Learning Disabilities and managed the development of the BILD Physical Interventions Accreditation Scheme
