You will be refreshed as you read and embark on your personal healing journey. There are sections for the reader to journal fears they want to face and conquer them. I write about being protected from abuse, that the abuser is not a friend (never be lured back to an abusive relationship for your physical safety and emotional tranquility). I write about being alone and the valuable power of alone time. That topic is called Alone at last I express the joy, strength and self validation that came to me during this time.
