Mr. Elbert is the author of several best-selling titles including Introduction to Satellite Communication (1987), Private Telecommunication Networks (1989), International Telecommunication Management (1990), Networking Strategies for Information Technology (1992), and Client-Server Computing (1994), all published by Artech House.
