Jonathan B. is a writer who lives in New York City Tucker works for the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Washington, DC, as a biological and chemical weapons expert. He earned a PhD in political science from MIT and worked for the State Department, the congressional Office of Technology Assessment, and the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. Toxic Terror: Evaluating Terrorist Use of Chemical and Biological Weapons is his book.
