Skye Scrambles by Noel Williams
A guidebook to scrambling on Skye. It describes not only scrambles, but also walks and some easier rock climbs. Suitable for hillwalkers wishing to venture into the mountains of The Cuillin, it contains introductory sections on geology, wildlife and mountaineering history. It is illustrated with colour maps, crag diagrams and photographs.
The author, Noel Williams, has been visiting Skye for well over 30 years. He has a passion for the island and has climbed and scrambled extensively in the Cuillin as well as on many of the sea-cliffs. His explorations over many years have been enhanced by his geological background and a strong interest in photography.
