The Wizard of Oz by Joshua George

Join Dorothy in the wonderful land of Oz in this picture storybook adaptation of Frank L. Baum's classic tale. Children will love meeting the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion as Dorothy follows the yellow brick road to the magical Emerald City. Adapted to the perfect length for a bedtime story by Joshua George, and with colourful and appealing illustrations by Dania Florino, The Wizard of Oz is sure to become a favourite that will be read again and again.
Joshua George is an experienced author of both fiction and non-fiction for children. His books have been published under various pen names in over 20 countries and have sold over one million copies worldwide. Joshua's picture book 'Roar! went the Lion' was selected for the 2017 Bookstart Corner library pack. After a degree in history of art, Dania Florino started working full time illustrating children's books, or as she would say in Italian, 'libri per bambini'! Danny's illustrations are mostly digital, but she also works with acrylics, pastels and pencils. Dania lives and works in Rome. Dania has worked for many publishers around the world. The Wizard of Oz is her first picture storybook for Imagine That Publishing.
