Just to keep things interesting and spark a little thought with readers. there are a few commentaries, digressions and rants regarding several incidents, laws and regulations related to the trip. They have to deal with horrible weather, destroyed and closed roads, flat tires, unfriendly game wardens and border patrol as well as bait fishermen and occasional wild animals. From the snow on the second day to the rain and floods of the next two months they persevere while chronicling it all on a blog where they keep up with friends and family whenever the internet is available.
