Sometime the stupidity of man is overwhelming, so much so that it is difficult to imagine that man has walked on the moon and created the wheel. We have distinguished ourselves by our need to invent. Occasionally, however we can get it wrong, very wrong indeed. This is an amusing compilation of the some of the hiccups and the stupidest inventions that very nearly worked.
