About Ann Page

Ann Page qualified as a solicitor in 1980. Since then she has held senior management positions at Crest Homes, Next plc, Abbey (formerly National & Provincial Building Society) and The Co-operative Bank, where she has had responsibility for managing and providing a wide range of internal and external legal services. Ann now runs her own professional development and training consultancy Beyond the Brief, which she set up in 2005. Richard Tapp, Company Secretary and Director of Legal Services, Carillion plc is a Chartered Secretary and Solicitor. He has spent his career in commerce and industry, training with the National Coal Board and then working with Imperial Foods, and Blue Circle Industries plc. Since 2001 he has been Company Secretary and Director of Legal Services for Carillion plc, where he is responsible for all legal, secretariat, estates and insurance matters.
