Cynthia Lair has piloted a Cessna 150, self-published two cookbooks, given a TEDX talk on 'How to Cut an Onion', and performs improvisational comedy regularly. With a background in acting and nutrition, it was natural to invent the online cooking show Cookus Interrupts, which launched in 2008. The Cookus Youtube site has more than 175 videos and 1.3 million views.
