Dr Peter May is the author of a number of well-regarded books on horseracing betting systems. In his Forecasting Methods For Horseracing, May was the first author to apply Artificial Intelligence in the form of Neural Networks to the horseracing problem, suggesting several different approaches of using this emerging technology to address the horseracing prediction task. May also writes for Raceform Update and is a regular contributor to the monthly magazine SmartSig Confidential.
