The 'my' in mymuybueno reflects both Justine's British roots and the personal touch that is so critical to her brand and values, whilst the 'muy bueno' is the Spanish translation of 'very good', a phrase used commonly in relation to great food. Justine is married with two children and divides her time between Mallorca and London.
