Books by Katharine Blakemore

Katharine Blakemore was born and educated in Wales. Always a very keen cook, she returned to college 1977 to do a professional cook's course. In 1981 she won a gourmet competition sponsored by The London Evening Standard and the Baron Philip de Rothschild Organisation. She was then approached by a London publisher to write The Cookery Year.
