Matti Kohonen is Principal Adviser on the Private Sector at Christian Aid. He is also a founding member of the Tax Justice Network, and co-editor of Tax Justice (Pluto, 2008). Francine Mestrum is a researcher and activist on social development, and coordinator of the network of Global Social Justice. She is the author of several books on global poverty, inequality and international financial institutions, and co-editor of Tax Justice (Pluto, 2008).
