He was medical corespondent for the Sunday Times and medical editor of the Independent and now works freelance.The World Cancer Research Fund is the first international charitable organisation to focus solely on the prevention of cancer through appropriate diets and lifestyles. It produces a number of booklets and health aids focusing on prevention of cancer through diet which are widely distributed throughout the UK and Netherlands.
