He has produced a video; The Collector's Guide to Wild Mushrooms and spends time writing for television and running The Tasty Mushroom Partnership. Steven Wheeler is a highly original food writer who began his career in food journalism after ten year's practical experience in leading restaurants throughout Europe. He is well known for his expertise in the culinary arts and deliciously innovative recipes. Steven has written many books, including The Taste of Asia, 50 Spectacular Salads and The 20 Minute Cookbook.
